The interior heating pad uses thermostatic control to keep the surface between 95–113°F. If it gets too warm, it stops; if it cools, it resumes. The pad’s waterproof insulation minimizes risk and reduces energy use, so you don’t have to monitor it constantly.
Two exits for escape and ventilation
Two entrances with clear or Oxford fabric door flaps help protect the heat inside and give a quick escape route if needed. Velcro doors are easily removed to boost airflow in warmer months.
Roomy enough for two cats
Measuring about 17 in by 13 in by 16 in (L×W×H), it comfortably accommodates two cats or other small pets. The size also suits a broader range of breeds and shapes.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
