Activation, care, and safety
Activation is simple: pull the tab, give a firm shake, then roll or toss to re-engage. If needed, locate the ON/OFF switch under the plush cover, press and hold for two seconds, and shake again. The toy runs for about ten seconds before pausing, then reactivates with continued play. When finished, press the button to turn it off and preserve battery life. To replace batteries, remove the plastic ball from the plush cover and open the battery compartment to insert three AAA cells. Batteries are provided with the Hyper Pet Doggie Tail; a battery-saving auto stop helps extend use between replacements.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
