Return Policy

At PAWPANTRY, we accept returns within 30 days only in cases where the issue is caused by the seller.

Eligible return situations include:

  • The package arrived damaged during shipping
  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered
  • The product arrived with an expired or near-expired date

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, please contact PAWPANTRYUK as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially used dietary supplements
  • Perishable goods (such as food or beverages)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return the original product (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item through the PAWPANTRY online store.


UK & EU Consumer Rights

If your order is shipped to the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

As with our standard return policy, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
