All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

  • Standard delivery: Typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Remote or rural areas: Delivery may take up to 6–10 business days due to distance, weather conditions, or limited carrier routes

While we always strive for timely delivery, once a package has been handed over to the carrier, PAWPANTRY is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after shipment.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping within the United Kingdom is free on all orders.

Expedited or express delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional fee, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

PAWPANTRY is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Please include clear photos of the package and its contents so we can assist you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office.

If the issue persists, contact us by email and we will help you initiate an investigation or claim with the carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, PAWPANTRY ships only within the United Kingdom.

We may expand our shipping coverage to international destinations in the future. Any updates will be published on this page.
